The company has passed TS16949 certification, covers an area of 60,000 m, production area of 40,000 m2. processing equipment and special processing equipment, such as more than 100 sets. Casting and testing equipment is complete, casting machining capacity to reach the industry's advanced level, which casting have respectively 3 different process production line (disappearing mold production line, clay line production line, resin sand production line) to fully meet the domestic and foreign customers on the production of a variety of production of customized quality requirements.

Our company continues to invest in production equipment, introducing and updating advanced processing equipment to enhance production capacity and product quality.
At present, the company has several high-precision equipments, including 20 sets of vertical CNC lathes, 10 sets of vertical machining centers, 10 sets of five-axis machining centers designed and modified by ourselves, 10 sets of horizontal machining centers and 20 sets of gear hobbing machines. It is also equipped with three-coordinate inspection machine to ensure the processing accuracy and product consistency.
Whether it is a regular supporting or customized project introduction, we can rely on the existing production line and team experience to respond quickly, to ensure that orders are pushed forward as planned.

The company has established a clear internal instruction system around order review, process issuance, process inspection and delivery confirmation, which gradually disassembles customer requirements into production, quality and warehousing execution nodes.
